Project overview
EarlyCare is an app that supports users in self-monitoring their health and detecting potential diseases early. With smart reminders and simple tests, it helps users regularly check key health indicators.
Built-in AI analysis evaluates the collected data and suggests when it is worth consulting a doctor. The app integrates with health devices for more accurate, real-time health tracking.
Challange
Developing an application that allows users to stay healthy longer with little effort.
Objective
The goal of the project is to create a mobile application to support users in self-monitoring their health and detecting potential problems early. Through simple, accessible tests (self-check) and recommendations based on artificial intelligence, the app will help users assess their health and suggest when it is appropriate to consult a doctor. We aim to improve medical outcomes by increasing health awareness and encouraging people to take action at an early stage of illness.
Solution
The project involves the development of an intuitive mobile application that will allow users to regularly perform self-tests and analyze the results. The key features of the application are:
- Personalized health profile – collection of basic data about the user (age, lifestyle, family medical history) to customize health recommendations.
- Self-examination reminders – cyclic notifications to remind you to perform health tests (e.g., checking skin nevi, measuring blood pressure, sugar levels).
- Symptom database and health education – an interactive library with descriptions of symptoms of various diseases and instructions for self-examinations so that the user knows what to look out for.
- Real-time analysis of results – ability to record self-examination results and observations to track changes and detect worrying patterns.
- Integration with health devices – the ability to synchronize data with smartwatches, blood pressure monitors and blood glucose meters for more precise health monitoring.

What I discovered from research data and first hand users stories
Many studies show that people often avoid contact with a doctor and try to self-diagnose.
